SPR# JLLU76K4TL - Fixed a problem where Notes will map the shortcuts in the current menu list. If the mapping
fails, do nothing. Java menus don't have the same shortcuts as Notes expects.
The fix is that in WCT, Notes does not do menu key mapping.
